Hanami-ing (and the mountain of garbage) have increased with the warm sunny weather, but The Branch is showing signs of the end, as green leaves have appeared and a few flowers have lost their petals.
I noticed it on Sunday as well: tiny green leaves everywhere. I was hoping that I'd be able to go for a last sakura sanpo next weekend, but it might already be too late. Ah well. Next stop, azaleas! ^^

ReplyDeleteThere are the late blooming sakura, and I hold out hope they will still be blooming, but otherwise I fear the season is almost over...
