Achan and Cath - I wish I could take credit for this bit of... umm... brilliance? ;) But it isn't mine. I'm just translating and paraphrasing what a character said on the NHK morning soap opera, an episode or so before he passed away. I was amused and couldn't help but giggle despite the fact I was watching the episode on the train during my morning commute... ;)
